Tween Yoga: Ages 7 to 14
We live in a busy world with multisensory distractions. Join Miss Stacey as we learn to take time to develop our whole self. In this class, we focus on breath work, fun yoga poses and mindfulness activities that support strengthening our brains and our bodies. We focus on developing awareness around our needs and how they can change moment to moment. In a nurturing non-competitive environment, students will learn balance, alignment based postures, and basic flow sequences.
This class is followed by a guided visualization and mindfulness activity from 5-5:30. Students learn techniques to calm the body and respond to areas of stress inside and outside the body. Let this become part of your week and enjoy the results of handling stress instead of it handling you! Parents welcome. (Gift economy-no charge)

Story-Time Yoga: Ages 4 to 7
In this playful class, Miss Stacey plants loving seeds of basic awareness of our body, mind, and heart. Breath work, fun poses, honoring emotions, and learning about our space bubbles are weaved in through song, play and story. Parents welcome to join.
