What inspired you to teach yoga?
Yoga changed my life. When I first started attending Yoga regularly almost seven years who, getting to my yoga mat was the highlight of my day. It was where I felt at home and what kept me grounded and healed me mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I teach because I want others to experience that same feeling!
What is your favorite Asana?
It’s constantly changing but currently my favorite posture is Sirasana or Headstand. This is a pose that took years for me to accomplish and there was nothing like having it just happen one day. It’s such a great feeling to work hard at something that seems impossible and finally be able to do it!
