Looking for a healthy snack that tastes good? No added sugar (just a tiny bit of maple syrup) and none of the main allergens (i.e. dairy, eggs, nuts, etc.). Sound like they wouldn’t be all that great but they are absolutely amazing. I make them more often in cupcake size rather than bread so I can easily pack and have for a snack or during lunch.
